About Anhelado Ice Cream
A Scoop of Spanglish
Anhelado was born out of the desire to recreate the flavors and cultural experiences of a whole generation through ice cream. We seek to make customers feel in touch with their roots through artisanal ice cream treats made the most traditional way. We do this through the fruits and flavors we use that are commonly found in the Caribbean and South America. Anhelado seeks to share our cultural experience with others who are willing to experiment and try what our Latinx cultures may have to offer. With flavors such as “tamarindo”, “guanabana”, and our vegan friendly options we hope to make our ice cream experience as genuine as possible.
Anhelado is born in June, and launched into the events and festival space.
COVID-19 threw a curve ball at us all. We initiated B2C selling of ice cream pints through social media.
We started our wholesale journey. Towards the end of the year we serviced approximately 30 wholesale accounts.
We continued to expand our business and now services 90+ retailers in NJ with plans of expanding further in 2023.

An unlimited choice of flavors and a branded freezer are provided. No attendant to serve you is provided with this option. But you get to put customized messaging on the pints!

Ice Cream Drop off w /
Attendant 2-3 hours
Choice of 2 flavors of choice and we will serve you and your guests. All equipment and utensils necessary to serve your guest will be provided with this option along with an attendant to serve you. Guests get to keep all leftover ice cream.
Paila /
Special 2-3 hours
Our special cultural immersion is where we will entertain your guest by making the ice cream right in front of them. Service comes with the full ice cream-making set-up, 2-3 flavors of your choice, all utensils necessary, and 2 or more attendants ready to entertain and serve your guest.
